Method
HEX/RGB parse to sRGB bytes. Contrast uses relative luminance and the (L1+0.05)/(L2+0.05) ratio.
Assumptions
- sRGB channel maths.
- Contrast follows WCAG 2.x relative luminance.
- CSS colour names stay English tokens where used.
Questions
Do locales change the colour?
No. Identical inputs produce equivalent channel values.
Is this a full accessibility audit?
It reports contrast thresholds. It is not a complete WCAG audit.
